The Veiled Lady in Bristol. Lots of people think she’s eerie. Definitely mysterious. What’s her story?
The is a building in Bristol, now the Mugshot restaurant. It was built in 1868 with four heads on the front. Three men and a woman. At the time a popular building style to have heads on buildings. However the woman wears a veil or a shroud! Why?
Some say she represent Autumn and they represent the four seasons. But the do the young men depict Spring and Summer? Why is she veiled though?
Maybe the reason is lost in Time? If you know the building, have any ideas, do let us know.
