Manifesting – Get into the Receiving mode

How are you going with manifesting? Some people can’t seem to get it right. I think I’ve found one of the missing keys. You have to switch to the receiving mode.

I feel a lot of people get stuck in the Asking mode. They keep thinking of what they want. Focusing on it. Never forgetting about it. I would think that’s telling your subconscious that you don’t have it.

There is a fine line. At the beginning going over with affirmations, rituals, repetitions, are a useful tool to re-program the subconscious. Once it’s re-programmed, then forget it about it and just let the subconscious bring it to you. That’s getting into the receiving mode.

Is that what you do when you’re manifesting? Or are you still waiting for things to appear? Write your comments.

The Secret – Dare To Dream Review

Have you seen the film, The Secret – Dare To Dream yet? Based on the book, The Secret. Unlike the previous film released back in 2006 which is more of a documentary, this new 2020 version is the teachings and practices of The Secret on a fictional family.

Miranda (Katie Holmes) is a widow with three kids. Works in a seafood restaurant, and has problems, especially with finances. Doesn’t help when she accidentally drives into the car in front, or does it? The driver is Bray (Josh Lucas) who takes the other reaction and actually helps her, fixing her car and later her house when the hurricane comes by.

Is this The Secret working? I have a quick look at the film in my latest episode.

Let’s Talk Manifesting

Thanks for subscribing to The Bric a Brac Shop – portal to the paranormal and spiritual.

Do you manifest? Do you get what you want? There are so many methods out there and people say they all work. Scripting, 555 Method, Affirmations, Vision Boards, The Secret, Abraham Hicks, to name a few.

Mine seems to be a bit different. ‘Put it out there and forget about it’. You also have to make sure that you also have the special ingredient. That is the right vibration. That is you have to be happy and contented. Then you’re on the right level of vibration and then you can start to attract and manifest.

I have had a few experiences, like manifesting an overseas trip, and the desire to meet someone, to name a couple of things. More in detail in this week’s video.

Second Lockdown in England

We’re almost through the first week of the second Lockdown in England. How are you coping, if you’re here. Some of you may been through a second Lockdown elsewhere and some of you may be lucky not to get one.

Looks like we’ve had practice so to speak as it seems more people this time are still going about their business. Essential shops are open, like supermarkets, chemists, hardware stores, and this time some restaurants are open for take away. We’ve noticed now more cars and people on the streets than back in April.

We also wonder about manifesting. Not so much the virus, but the situation so we achieve our goals eg: work from home. So many are now working from home. Saves money and convenient for the lack of the peak hour commute. In hind sight, did we manifest this?

Which makes us realise is it doesn’t matter the situation it’s our perception of the situation that matters. If we have the thought that these situations are working for us and not against us, it’s easier to accept. We are more in a ‘positive vibe’ and therefore our energies and vibrations are higher, thus making it easier to achieve our desires.

The Double Slit Experiment and Manifesting

Here we have the Double Slit Experiment explained, as best as possible. Originally carried out explain Thomas Young’s Wave Theory of Light. How Light is supposed to travel in waves and is explained in his experiment. However on a quantum theory level, this only happens when we are observing the outcome If we are not taking notice it behaves like a particle and not like a wave.

Then compare it to manifesting, as refereed to by The Secret and the teachings of Abraham Hicks. Why when we focus on intentions and it doesn’t manifest? I feel something similar is happening here. Maybe stop forcing the outcome, or concentrating so much?
