It’s Thanksgiving time, when the Americans get together and have a meal to give thanks for what they have. A tradition that goes back to the founding settlers. However, it is a tradition that goes even further back.
It is also a practice that is good for the mind and body. It elevates the chemicals in the brain. It releases serotonin and dopamine that has positive results on the body. Also raises the vibrations that help to put you in a higher state and helps to aid in manifesting.
Thanksgiving shouldn’t be for just one day of the year but practiced as gratitude all year through becoming a way of life.
